Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt Promotes Community with Kevin Durant
Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt franchise and Kevin Durant are teaming up and challenging kids to think of ways to improve their communities. Kids who submit their ideas will receive a free 3 oz. yogurt. To submit ideas, kids can download the community activity sheet online or pick one up at an Orange Leaf location.
In September, Orange leaf will choose 5 ideas and provide $500 to make the ideas a reality. To kick off the challenge, Durant and Orange Leaf debuted a video of Durant working with kids in Oklahoma City. Watch the video below and get more information on Orange Leaf’s website.
Sbarro Franchise Adds New Summer Pizza to Menu
On Wednesday, August 5 Sbarro added a new Sweet & Spicy BBQ Chicken Pizza. The new pizza addition captures the taste of summer and will be available through October. Sbarro is a national pizza franchise with more than 800 restaurants in 33 countries. This franchise marketing promotion is a great example of leveraging social media, as Sbarro leverated their Instagram, Twitter and Facebook pages to make the announcement. Jamba Juice Offers New Line of Organic Juices
On Wednesday, Jamba Juice announced the release of their new organic, non-GMO, Cold Pressed Juice Blends. Currently available in 5 flavors, the juices come bottled for on-the-go convenience.
This new product line is part of an initiative to make better juice blends with whole foods, and some ingredients include kale, cucumber, and chia seeds.
